FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?+

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future and are working on finding a reliable and cost-effective way to do so.

If you're outside the US and really want a specific listing, we also sell on eBay through the eBay Global Shipping Program, though prices there are higher to account for selling fees. Contact us and we'll work out a price and get it listed on eBay if it isn't already.

What are Unit Numbers?+

Many of the items we sell are individually photographed, inspected, and assigned a unique Unit Number.

This allows us to distinguish between different physical copies of the same product. For example, if we have multiple copies of the same LEGO or Warhammer box set, each one may have its own Unit Number so you know the item pictured is the specific item you are purchasing.

What is a Lot Letter?+

When we purchase larger Warhammer collections, we often divide the collection into smaller groups of models for sale.

We use Lot Letters such as Lot A, Lot B, Lot C, etc. to identify each individual group within the larger collection.

The Lot Letter is simply an internal identifier and does not indicate the condition, quality, or completeness of the models.

When will my order ship?+

We typically make carrier drop-offs 2–3 times per week, usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with additional Monday drop-offs during higher-volume weeks.

Most orders are shipped within approximately 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your shipment.

Do sold-out items come back in stock?+

The specific listing or Unit Number that sold will not come back into stock, since it represents that individual physical item.

However, for LEGO sets and boxed Warhammer products, there is a good chance we may eventually acquire another copy of the same set. If we do, it will be inspected, photographed, assigned a new Unit Number, and listed as a new item.

Used Warhammer lots are generally unique. While we may list additional bundles from the same faction in the future, they will likely contain a different combination of models.

Our inventory is constantly rotating based on the collections and items we acquire for resale, so previously sold products may appear again in a different form.

Can I request a specific item or faction?+

For Warhammer inventory, you can sign up for our Inventory Alerts and choose the factions you are interested in.

We'll only send you alerts for the factions you select, so for example, if you choose Death Guard, you can be notified when we list new Death Guard box sets, models, or collections.

We are also working on expanding these alerts to cover LEGO themes.

In the future, we would like to offer more specific wishlist-style alerts that could notify you when a particular LEGO set number or Warhammer box set is listed. This feature is still a work in progress.
