LEGO Lord of the Rings The Tower of Orthanc Factory Sealed
Factory sealed, box has minor wear. Front of box has a tear about 3 inches wide, not big enough for anything to fall out. 2/3 factory seals on the bottom of box are starting to loose adhesive but are still on, the 3rd bottom seal is still fully intact
